In the year 2000, the firm was originally started under the name DESIGN BUILDERS which did both design and construction. A few years ago the firm's name was changed to REESE DS, INC. and we shifted our focus more towards architecture.  Our office is located near the galleria in Houston, Texas. 

Sammy is the owner of REESE DS, INC. and has over 35 years of experience in the architecture, interior design, and construction business. Sammy is a licensed architect, a licensed interior designer, and a proud 1986 graduate of Texas A&M University.

Sammy's career has spanned many decades.  In the past, he worked at notable architecture firms such as Morris Architects, House Reh Burwell, CLR, and Gotsdiner Architects. He also worked in the architecture department at construction companies such as Midway Companies and Edward McCarty Construction.

Just a few of the myriad of projects that he has been involved with over the years include: Dunkin Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, Coco's Crepes, Sun & Ski Sports, Alonte Cafe, Antoine's Deli, K. Renee Salon, Spa & Studios, Nathan’s Restaurants, Marble Slab, Industrial Office/Warehouse Buildings, Bank of America, neighborhood/apartment clubhouses, various residential projects, and many office Interior projects.

Sammy brings his knowledge of both architecture and construction to the firm. His decades of experience in construction give him the ability to produce architectural drawings with great detail, accuracy and speed.
